The Planners:
Spoke & Food is a brain
child of Heather and Garett, a Seattle couple who are set to
get married this July. Having had a blast bicycling together
to a number of restaurants during the summer months of their
courtship and having had a long-standing interest in finding
a volunteer project to work together on, the concept of
Spoke & Food evolved.
Knowing that an event
of this magnitude has a lot of moving parts and the
availability for a lot of fun, Heather and Garett tapped
into their network of friends to find some amazing support.
Rounding out the planning committee for the event to date is
Heidi, Lindy, Simone and Tomas.
In addition to the
above, special thanks go out to Coleen at Viewhalloo Designs
for supporting this event graphically, Jeff the called in
consultant, all the great people at Lettuce Link and everyone else who has already stated that
they plan on being on their bikes on the night of Tuesday,
June 29th.
